Unlike snap-lock systems, these panels require field-seaming, which creates a mechanically sealed joint for unmatched durability and weather protection. Because of this secure seam, they perform exceptionally well in low-slope roofing (minimum 1:12 pitch for double-lock) and high-wind environments.

Each panel features a male-female interlocking profile, which installers mechanically seam using a single- or double-lock method, depending on project requirements. As a result, the seam remains tight under thermal movement, heavy rainfall, and wind pressure. Additionally, this installation method gives the roof a clean, uninterrupted look—with no exposed fasteners—enhancing both performance and appearance.

You can choose panels in 13″, 17″ or 21″ widths, and lengths up to 40 feet or more, depending on project needs. Furthermore, the panels are available in 24ga or 26ga steel, .032 or .040 aluminum, and 16 oz. copper, offering flexibility for various applications. To ensure color longevity and corrosion resistance, all panels come with Kynar 500® PVDF finishes, which meet industry standards for architectural metal coatings.
