Ridge Cap

A Ridge Cap is essential for protecting the peak of any sloped metal roofing system. They cover the joint where two roof slopes meet, shielding the most exposed part of the roof from water, wind, and debris. As a result, Ridge Caps prevent leaks and enhance the roof’s overall structural integrity.

Because they sit at the highest point of the roof, Ridge Caps must be both precise and durable. We custom-fabricate each piece to match the slope and panel profile of your roofing system. Whether you’re using snap lock, mechanical lock, or corrugated panels, our Ridge Caps ensure a seamless and watertight connection.

We fabricate Ridge Caps using the same material as your panels—24ga or 26ga steel, .032 or .040 aluminum, or 16 oz. copper. All are available in high-performance Kynar 500® finishes, which offer excellent resistance to UV rays, chalking, and corrosion. These finishes also maintain color consistency across all roof components.

Depending on your ventilation needs, we offer standard and vented ridge cap options. Both versions are available with notched, hemmed, or stiffened edges for added strength and improved installation.
