B – Deck Roofing Panels

B – Deck roofing panels provide a reliable structural base for low-slope and flat commercial roofs. With a 1½” deep rib profile, they offer excellent strength-to-weight performance, making them ideal for spanning between joists or beams in roofing and mezzanine applications. Because of their efficient design, B-Deck panels support insulation, vapor barriers, and membrane systems without added structural framing.

These panels install quickly and securely. Their uniform ribs simplify fastener alignment, while the broad panel width reduces material waste and speeds up coverage. Each panel is available in lengths up to 10 feet, making them manageable on-site while minimizing seams. For more complex roof geometries, pre-made miters can be fabricated upon request, streamlining transitions and ensuring a professional finish.

We manufacture B-Deck roofing panels using 24ga or 22ga G90 galvanized steel, also available in Kynar 500®-coated finishes for enhanced corrosion resistance and long-term durability. For projects requiring custom colors or added UV protection, the Kynar finish ensures a uniform appearance and weatherproof performance.

Whether used under TPO, EPDM, or built-up roofing systems, B-Deck provides the strength and adaptability to meet demanding commercial standards. Perforated options are also available for acoustic or ventilated applications.
