A – Deck Roofing Panels

The A – Deck Roofing panels is a low-profile metal decking system commonly used in roof and canopy applications requiring short spans and lighter load requirements. With its 1½” rib depth and narrow rib spacing, A-Deck provides an ideal substrate for lightweight roofing assemblies and can be used for both structural and acoustical applications. Its main function is to support insulation and membrane layers while offering structural performance and durability.

Each panel features consistent rib spacing and wide coverage, making installation efficient and straightforward. With uniform dimensions, A-Deck helps maintain fastener alignment and reduces field cutting. Panels are available in lengths up to 10 feet, offering flexibility on-site and reducing seams. When your project requires precision transitions, pre-made miters are available upon request to help simplify complex corners or perimeter changes.

We manufacture A-Deck panels from 24ga or 22ga G90 galvanized steel, and offer them in Kynar 500® finishes for added weather resistance. The Kynar coating protects against fading, corrosion, and UV damage while maintaining color consistency with surrounding flashings and metal components.

Whether used for roof decks, overhangs, walkways, or mechanical platform covers, A-Deck provides strength, clean lines, and seamless compatibility with other architectural metals.
