Reglet Flashing

Reglet Flashing delivers critical protection at roof-to-wall transitions, especially in masonry applications. It forms a watertight seal by inserting directly into a groove—called a reglet—cut into concrete, brick, or block. This technique not only locks the flashing into place but also prevents water from entering behind the wall or roofing membrane. As a result, it ensures long-lasting, low-maintenance performance in even the most demanding environments.

Unlike surface-mounted options, reglet flashing anchors directly into the wall, providing added security against wind uplift and shifting over time. After inserting the flashing, installers typically apply a high-grade sealant or use a compression bar to create a tight, durable finish. This layered approach strengthens waterproofing, especially when used above base, step, or counter flashings.

We manufacture reglet flashing using .032, .040, or .050 aluminum, 24ga or 26ga steel, and 16 oz. copper. These metals offer both strength and flexibility, which makes them ideal for complex architectural transitions. Furthermore, every piece receives a Kynar 500® finish, delivering exceptional resistance to UV exposure, corrosion, and fading. Consequently, the flashing maintains both performance and appearance over time.

We custom-form each profile to match your application—whether straight, sloped, or stepped. In addition, optional accessories like corners, splice plates, and termination bars allow for a fully integrated flashing system that adapts to site-specific conditions.
